I previously held roles as the Chief Marketing Officer of Duolingo, Nintendo and Yahoo! 
My decades in the C-suite give me an in-depth understanding of clients' issues as they seek to lead with authenticity and excellence. I am passionate about helping individuals from Director-level to C-suite grow their impact and fulfill their highest potential. 

As a working mother and spouse, I have faced the challenges of finding work-life balance. I have navigated career transitions and understand the courage and commitment required to become more self-aware, explore new possibilities and embrace a new direction. My journey has also been illuminated by my faith, fostering a desire to help others align their values and beliefs with their professional lives. 

Along with my coaching practice, I serve as a board member of leading organizations, including Planet Fitness, Red Robin, and Flo. I also enjoy writing and co-authored a best-selling book Fit Matters: How To Love Your Job.
